Between 2007 and 2020 Columbia Business School in New York engaged Music & Management to provide The Orchestra Experience for Deutsche Bank’s newly appointed managers. Participants listened to the Chelsea Symphony play a classical symphony and engaged in an interactive discussion about leadership, teamwork and creativity within the workplace.
