In May 2024, The Vortex Jazz Club in London was the surprise venue for a McDonald’s Leadership Summit. 30 senior leaders heard some incredible live music delivered by musicians from London’s vibrant jazz scene. They then discussed the jazz metaphor and how it relates directly to McDonald’s culture - where speed and agility, collaboration, building trust, showing respect for other viewpoints and knowing how to entertain an audience are a mark of excellence.

For their Leadership Conference in Berlin, Vaillant invited Music & Management to present both The Orchestra Experience and The Jazz Experience to their top 200 leaders. The event featured a group of Berlin's finest jazz musicians followed by a Q&A about flexibility and change within music and business.
