Dominic Alldis is an orchestral conductor, jazz musician, business speaker and lecturer at the Royal Academy of Music in London. In 2003 founded Music & Management to provide musical learning experiences for business conferences, team meetings, leadership development programs and client appreciation events. These events feature professional orchestras, string quartets, jazz bands and multi-cultural groups and use the universal language of music to provide new insights into leadership, teamwork, co-creativity, diversity, listening and trust.
