The senior management team for ARUP Europe asked Music & Management to provide a dinner presentation that interspersed dinner courses with three ‘musical interludes’. Each interlude provided a musical metaphor for a different business issue including leadership, teamwork and creativity. The evening also featured a live jazz band.

Conductor and jazz musician Dominic Alldis was the keynote speaker at the Mining Division Annual Conference in Berlin 2014, the Siemens Industry Software in Madrid 2014 and the Siemens Resellers Conference in Barcelona in 2015. In each event he talked about leadership, collaboration and building trust within an orchestra, as well as improvisation and change within the world of jazz.
The English College in Valladolid was founded in 1589 for the training of Catholic priests for the English and Welsh Mission.
In 2006 the college organized a conference of bishops and cardinals entitled "Leadership in the Catholic Church". They asked Music & Management and the Pavao Quartet to provide an evening of music and discussion about leadership and communication within both classical music and jazz. The event was introduced by the Head of the Catholic Church in England & Wales, Cardinal Murphy O’Connor.
